What is your connection with Foskers?
Back in about 1997, Foskers rescued me from a water leak, after which they took good care of my 308 for many years. Now even though I am Ferrari-less, we still keep in touch.

What is your favourite Ferrari of all time and why?
It’d be between an F40 and a 250SWB. The F40 is still such an in-your-face raw car, and the SWB is just so good looking.

What has been your best journey in a Ferrari and which model?
Probably when Colin took me out in an F40. Whoa!

What do you love most about Ferraris?
The passion.

If you could have any three cars what would they be?
This changes by the day, but right now:

Mark 1 Lotus Cortina

A 550 or a 575 (that does count as one choice, right?). Gorgeous, Ferrari and comfortable!

Mark 1 Golf GTi

If you were a racing driver for the day what car would you race?
A quick one – hopefully!

Do you have a secret vice and what is it?
No comment!

If you were to host a dinner party whom would you invite (dead or alive)?
Marilyn Monroe. No-one else.

What would we find hard to believe about you?
I tried Formula Ford at Brands Hatch. I was rubbish!

What is your favourite quote or film?
The Italian Job (the real one with Mr.Caine!)

If you could be anywhere in the world now, where would it be and why?
Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk. It’s very pretty.

Most fun you have had in a day? Bearing in mind children may read this!!!
… didn’t involve cars!

I’m a very average driver.
